Our History
Planted in their living room in February of 2003, Paul and Jo Geerling took a bold step of faith with just 23 people to begin what is now known as iSEE CHURCH. The scripture from Genesis 13 was declared over and over in the early days:
God said to Abram, “Open your eyes, look around. Look north, south, east, and west. Everything you see, the whole land spread out before you, I will give to you and your children forever. (Gen 13:14 MSG)
In just a few years iSEE CHURCH became a multisite church, reaching different parts of the city of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia. Twenty years on, iSEE CHURCH now has locations in the north, south, east and west of Australia, and with locations in Asia and the Pacific.
With a mission to love God, build people and reach our suburbs, cities and nations with the gospel, iSEE CHURCH is now a multi-generational church, impacting the lives of many people across Australia and beyond.
Our Pastors
Paul and Jo Geerling are the Senior Pastors of iSEE CHURCH. They have served in ministry for over 30 years, including as the Queensland State and National Directors for Youth Alive. They have been married for 29 years and have two sons, Josh and Sam, daughter in law Gabby, and their grandbaby, Luca.
Paul Geerling is a dynamic leader with an unswerving conviction that ordinary people, connected to a supernatural God, can do extraordinary things. He ministers with great authority, faith and the prophetic to bring breakthrough into the lives of individuals and to the wider Church.
Jo Geerling is full of faith, full of joy and is relentless in the pursuit of God’s presence. Known for her relatable preaching and unwavering commitment to honour God, Jo encourages people to embrace the transformative power of God's Word in their everyday lives.

What we Believe
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our every day lives.
We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy.
We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ as both God and man is the only One who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place, and rose again to prove His victory and empower us for life.
We believe that in order to receive forgiveness and the ‘new birth’ we must repent of our sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and submit to His will for our lives.
We believe that in order to live the holy and fruitful lives that God intends for us, we need to be baptised in water and be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit enables us to use spiritual gifts, including speaking in tongues which is the initial evidence of baptism in the Holy Spirit.
We believe that God has individually equipped us so that we can successfully achieve His purpose for our lives which is to worship God, fulfil our role in the Church and serve the community in which we live.
We believe that God wants to heal and transform us so that we can live healthy and prosperous lives in order to help others more effectively. We believe that our eternal destination of either Heaven or hell is determined by our response to the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.
